The appartment is located in the middle of Mettenberg part town of Rot an der Rot.
The appartment has a separate entrance with a large canopy directl in front of the entrance.
A terrace and garden directly under a walnut tree.
The appartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
We recommend 2 adults and maximum 2 children or a maximum of 3 adults (couple + individual)
- Barrier-free completely at ground level and without thresholds except bedroom window to the garden.
- Separate bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm (or 2 separate 80x200) and wardrobe
- Living room with dining table, sideboard, TV, sofa (extendable to 140x200 cm)
- Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery
Salt, pepper, paprika, canola oil and vinegar - Bathroom with toilet, vanity, shower (on the ground floor), grab rails and shower seat
- Anteroom with washing machine
- underfloor heating
- free WIFI
- Non smoking accommodation (outdoor smoking possible)
- parking directly at the house
Incl. bed linen, towels, tea towels, water, electricity, heating, cleaning.
Children high chair/travel cot on request.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to allergies.
